MAFE Programs

MAFE programs are designed to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and resources and is an opportunity to interact and network with local business and professional women.

CEO Roundtable

The CEO Roundtable brings CEOs, presidents and company owners together for a thought-provoking exchange of information, ideas, and insights. Participants meet quarterly in peer groups of 8 individuals from non-competing companies to discuss growth strategies and how to increase profitability. The CEO Roundtable is open to members only.

Leadership Circle

Leadership Circle is a 3-month leadership development and coaching program for women who are looking for ways to continue their path of growth. Leadership Circle offers an opportunity to hone your leadership skills and learn new ones. The program is offered in collaboration with our partner organization, Fifty-Fifty Leadership. Leadership Circle is open to members and non-members.

Young Entrepreneurs Series™

Young Entrepreneurs Series (YES) is an educational program that provides top-quality, hands-on entrepreneurship education to young girls age 14 to 18.

The YES program aims to promote entrepreneurship as an alternative in career development for young women in Detroit. Through a series of unique educational experiences, the YES program helps young girls launch a company, establish a not-for-profit social enterprise, prepare for leadership roles, and succeed in today's global society. The YES program is open to high school girls age 14 to 18.
